Though this page is still in the ‘coming soon’ stage, I wanted to give you a heads up at what you can expect to find here very soon. As a yoga teacher, the message I hear consistently from class participants is how beneficial my mini-meditations are at the end of class. There is a lot of power in the process of slowing down the mind for a few moments each day and having your thoughts gently guided through calm awareness and peaceful restoration.
Whether it is a big transition, a rough day, or a monkey mind that has you a little off-balance and out of sync- a few moments of guided meditation can do wonders for new perspective and increased insight!
